Cancellation & Refund Policy
The following cancellation policy applies to advance-paid appointments:

48 hours or more before your appointment: 100% refund (¥22,000).

24 to less than 48 hours before your appointment: 50% refund (¥11,000).

Less than 24 hours before your appointment: No refund.

No-show: No refund.

Cancellation by our clinic: 100% refund.
All cancellation deadlines are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
To cancel, please contact us through the booking communication channel. Your cancellation time is determined by when we receive your message.
Flight cancellations, significant travel disruptions, emergencies, and other exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually.
