Changes, suspensions, or cancellations of the course are possible from the 4th month onwards.

※Course changes can be made from "Subscription List/Settings" on My Page.
※If you wish to temporarily suspend your course for any reason, please change to the "Suspend" course from "Subscription List/Settings" on My Page.
During suspension, a data retention fee of 1,980 yen (monthly) will be charged.
※For changes or suspensions to the course for the following month, please complete the procedure by the 15th of each month.
If done on or after the 16th, the change/suspension will apply to the course two months later (changes/suspensions will be applied from the payment on the 25th of the following month).
※If you wish to cancel, we only accept cancellations in person at the acupuncture clinic.
