If you wish to temporarily suspend your course for any reason, please change to this course from "Subscription List/Settings" on My Page.
During the suspension period, we will charge a data retention fee of 1,980 JPY (monthly).
* The Isshindo Subscription Course requires a minimum commitment of 3 months.
Changes, suspensions, or cancellations of the course are possible from the 4th month onwards.
* To check your Isshindo Subscription Course details, please log in to your account and go to "Subscription List/Settings" on My Page.
* Course changes can be made from "Subscription List/Settings" on My Page.
* Please complete course changes or suspensions for the following month by the 15th of each month.
If it is the 16th or later, the course for the month after next will be subject to change or suspension (changes/suspensions will apply from the payment on the 25th of the month after next).
* If you wish to cancel, we only accept cancellations at the acupuncture and moxibustion clinic counter.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please visit the clinic and inform us of your request.
* To cancel the course for the following month, please visit the acupuncture and moxibustion clinic by the 15th of each month.
If it is the 16th or later, the course for the month after next will be subject to cancellation.
